Delivering Unmatched Thermal Capabilities – Hastened (DUTCH) Standards Compliant Camera (SCC) Interface Control Document (ICD)
The U.S. Army C5ISR Center has issued an RFI seeking industry feedback on its draft Standards Compliant Camera (SCC) Interface Control Document (ICD), which was created and approved in March 2019 and defines common I2C protocols, registers, and environmental/electrical interfaces for low-light-level, thermal, and SWIR cameras. Feedback is requested via a Comment Response Matrix, and the government may request a Technical Interchange Meeting to discuss comments, with the goal of receiving feedback within 30 days and a possible TIM in the following month. The SCC ICD is a controlled CUI document available only through the Joint Certification Program; requesters must use their entity’s CAGE code and JCP certification number, and only U.S. citizens are authorized to respond. Access requests for the controlled attachment may be submitted until 30 November 2026. This RFI is for information and planning only, does not constitute a solicitation, and no contract award or reimbursement of response costs is intended.
