Talen-X contract will maintain and service (8) 4U Broadsim Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulators with SN: 2018, G237118A004, SN: 2019, G237118A005, SN: 2017, G237118A006, SN: 2016, G237118A007, SN: 2032 and SN: 2033 as well as (2) X300 system that consists of two chassis with SN: 1836 and 1629. The maintenance and service includes software and firmware upgrades, technical support, hardware and software repair services, and online support. Additionally, Talen-X will provide a site license for the following software: Panorama, RxStudio, PANACEA Field Test and PANACEA Builder/Runner. Service to include a total of Four (4) years and Six (6) month period of performance; 12-month base period, Three (3) 12-month and One (1) Six (6) month option periods. Licensing is required for a 3-year period of performance during the option periods.
