This call for White Papers (WP) is being issued under Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) W56KGU-22-0ESI, which was published on SAM.Gov on 01 November 2022, and last updated on 15 December 2022. Respondents must refer to the solicitation document entitled (BAA) W56KGU-22-0ESI, and it must be read in conjunction with this call for WP’s. All instructions set forth in the (BAA) W56KGU-22-0ESI solicitation document apply to this call. The U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) C5ISR Center is issuing this call for WPs in association with Topic #50. To be eligible for consideration of a contract award, the technology or methodology shall be either basic research, applied research, advanced technology development not for a specific system/hardware, or demonstration and validation. *NOTE:* Requests for viewing CUI documents must be accompanied by the Contractor's UEI and CAGE Code. If you DO NOT include the required information, your request will be DENIED. If your request is denied, you will need to re-request with your UEI and CAGE Code.
