The proposal submission due date shall remain 02 October 2023 (2pm EDT). ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to respond to industry questions and provide the following attachments: labor category description, past performance assessment questionnaire, updated CDRLs, and updated RFP. The Government will accept any additional questions up to 15 September (4pm EDT), but will not consider additional questions after that time. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of Amendment 0001 to the AMMSS RFP is to extend the proposal submission deadline to 02 October 2023 (2pm EDT). The Government will follow up with a completed Q&A response for the questions submitted by Industry in the near future. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The purpose of this announcement is to release the solicitation for Aviation Modernization and Maintenance Support Services (AMMSS) for the Command, Control, Communications, Cyber, Computers, Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (C5ISR) AI&E Division (Air Integration and Engineering) under solicitation number W56KGU-23-R-0003. This requirement is for engineering, flight test, sensor integration, aircraft and avionic unit and intermediate level maintenance support, aircraft and avionics equipment modification, associated research and development activities as well as associated prototype fabrication support. Target platforms include all aircraft assigned to Air Integration and Engineering Division (AIED) and Aviation Platform Integration Support (APIS), as well as other customer aircraft delivered to airfields for service and/or modification. The Contractor shall provide support services to the facilities and shops to support aircraft, Unmanned Air Vehicles (UAVs), ground vehicles, and other equipment provided by outside customers. This requirement is being solicited as a total 8(a) Small Business Set Aside IAW FAR 19.805-1(a) and is restricted to 8(a) Small Businesses only. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted no later than 12 PM, EDT on 31 August 2023. The following CUI/PII attachments shall be made available upon request: Performance Work Statement (PWS), Government Furnished Property (GFP), Incidental Property, and Supplemental Aircraft List.
