Description of Supplies/Services: Draper Labs is providing a simulation environment to integrate various tools to analyze and quantify the effect of imperfect navigation on mission performance in the presence of jammers. Draper Labs will also assess possible benefits and necessary trades for a custom GPS constellation as well as look at better GPS timing analysis methods. The labor to build the simulation environment and assess GPS Constellations/timing are included in the existing contract.This action is a modification to the current contract to increase contract ceiling for the purchase of processing equipment required to implement the simulation environment and additional travel to complete the effort.
