Contract # W56JSR17D0019 Develop electronic and hardcopy tech manuals to support Tactical SHF Sat Terminal (TSST). During the RCI redesign for any components that will be identified as obsolete, the contractor shall replace that part with similar form fit function with same quality or more part. After the redesign any components that has been identified as obsolete, with no form fit function substitute, the contractor shall recommend for immediate lifetime-buy procurement. The contractor shall recommend a procurement quantity sufficient to support the system through its currently projected life cycle (Year 2035). The contract shall develop training on how to operate, maintain, and repair a phoenix terminal. Where possible the contract shall use the existing training material (which may not be available from the Government) to develop this training and make changes due to end of life parts and lessons learned from legacy training classes. The contractor shall conduct training twice a year.
