This action is intended as a sole source brand name award directed to Skyline Software Systems, Inc. of 13873 Park Center Road, Suite 201 Herndon, Virginia 20171. This option will be exercised in accordance with Authority 41 U.S.C. 152 (3) and FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) Limited Sources Justification under the General Services Administration Federal Supply Program. Product Descriptions –This support requirement is for Commercial-Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Skyline, Terra Unlimited software. This is a standard commercial product and has no unique requirements. Skyline, Terra Unlimited software provides the reliability, efficiency and maintainability needed to manage mobile/deployable platforms enhancing the shared levels of efficiency and flexibility in sustainment of the organizations mission.
