The Government’s requirement is for a software platform that ensures an end-to-end tactical modernization approach designed to integrate unified network transport, shared data and services (for servers and hardware) and a set of applications/tools for network management built upon a common, open, and modular software framework. PacStar IQ-Core Network Communications Manager 2nd Generation Licenses, IQ-Core ROAM Manager Enterpriser provide the required capabilities. As justified in the attached redacted Justification and Approvals, the use of this particular brand-name, product in this acquisition is essential to the Government’s requirements, thereby precluding consideration of a product manufactured by another company. Therefore, this RFQ is for PacStar IQ-Core Network Communications Manager 2nd Generation Licenses, IQ-Core ROAM Manager Enterpriser, and annual subscriptions with the description and quantities as detailed in Table 1 of the attached Letter Request for Quote (RFQ).
