This solicitation is a Brand Name Solicitation for Siemens Industry Software- Leonardo FPGA (Fixed Programmable Gate Array) Synthesis Complete Support, Questa Core VHDL (VHSIC Hardware Description) Support, and Precision RTL (Register Transfer Level) Plus Support The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Aberdeen Proving Ground (ACC-APG) is requesting a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Quotation for Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) subscription renewal that is considered brand name to Siemens. The requirement will be a sole source award to Siemens Industry Software Inc., or an authorized reseller of Siemens. The subscription validity dates are completion and the projected period of performance is 12 months from date of shipping.. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this acquisition is 511210 – Software Publisher. Based on market research, this solicitation is not set aside for small business. This acquisition will be funded with Fiscal Year 2021 Operations and Maintenance Army (OMA) appropriation based on availability of funds.
