The offerors proposal shall be submitted electronically via email to the Contract Specialist at jimmy.h.dinh.civ@mail.mil and Contracting Officer at anh.h.pena.civ@mail.mil. The offerors may submit proposal for all or combination of the following requirements: Repair services and delivery of Camera System, RECON (Sony) NSN 6720-01-626-2833, Repair services and delivery of Camera Lens (CANON) NSN 6760-01-614-4061, and Repair services and delivery of Laser Range Finder (Mast Height) NSN 1240-01-615-6246. Please refer to Section L of the solicitation W56JSR-20-R-0005 for PROPOSAL SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS. The basis for award will be in accordance with FAR 15.101-2, Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The Government may award up to three (3) single Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Repair service for VOSS parts are identified below with its corresponding National Stock Numbers (NSN): CAMERA SYSTEM,RECON (SONY), NSN 6720-01-600-9644 CAMERA LENS (CANON), NSN 6760-01-614-4061 Laser Range Finder (Mast Height), NSN 1240-01-615-6246 The VOSS is a remotely-controlled, gyro-stabilized, telescoping, high-resolution, zoom capable multi-sensor (daylight camera, night vision camera, thermal imaging camera) surveillance system that uses existing commercial camera technology. The purpose of this survey is to locate sources that have the capability to repair components of the VOSS Assembly and to provide repair data for tracking and management of these repair actions. This survey is published in compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10, (Market Research). This request for capability information does not constitute a request for proposals. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The US Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred in responding or in any subsequent exchange of information. Answering this Market Survey Responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The US Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. The Government will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore, any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense.
