The purpose of this market survey is to locate potential sources to provide technical services in the functional areas of DMSMS monitoring and mitigation; Provisioning/Design Change Notice (DCN); Test Equipment Services; Mission Assurance; and Contract Administration/ Operations Security (OPSEC) Plan, as well as repair capability for the NSNs in the attached description.
