The United States Army, Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) in support of the Combat Capabilities Development Command (CCDC) Ground Vehicle Systems Center, Ground Vehicle Power and Mobility. The intent of this request is to obtain information on how an interested contractor could provide a diesel engine suitable for providing power to a tracked electrical series hybrid vehicle at 15 tons and 50 tons. The desired deliverable of this RFI is a description of the product detailing its interfaces, performance specifications, environmental performance, design architecture, size, weight, power, cooling, cost, lead time for initial units, and lead time / delivery schedule for production units.
