In accordance with 41 U.S.C.3304(a)(5), 15 U.S.C. 637 and FAR 6.302-5(b)(4)FAR, and FAR 6.302-5(c)(2)(iii), Authorized or Required by Statute, the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing this solicitation under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program on a sole source basis to Choctaw Manufacturing Defense LLC, CAGE 7H9J3, 3 Skyway Drive McAlester, OK 74501-7610, for the procurement of Field Level Tool Kits, and Associated Packaging. This action will result in a firm fixed price, six year requirements contract awarded on a sole source basis to Choctaw Manufacturing Defense LLC. In order to maximize subcontracting opportunities to the maximum practical extent and consistent with the objectives and requirements of the contract in accordance with FAR 5.201, competitive opportunities for subcontracting to Choctaw Manufacturing Defense LLC may be available. The Request for Proposal number is W56HZV-20-R-0015. The associated North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 561910. The anticipated period of performance will include a base period of three years plus three one year option periods to be exercised at the Government’s discretion. FOB Origin will apply.
