The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, MI (ACC-DTA) has an existing requirement to provide the Combat Capabilities Development Command Ground Vehicle Systems Center (CCDC GVSC) Ground Vehicle Simulation Laboratory (GVSL) with continued support for the development and application of physics-based simulations and simulators in support of Tank-automotive and Armaments Command (TACOM) Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC) military vehicle research, development, acquisition, and life cycle management missions. ACC-DTA intends to award a modification to the existing contract, W56HZV-17-C-L422, with DCS Corporation, CAGE code 1P418, increasing the contract ceiling and extending the period of performance by 12 months, as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii)(B). This is not a request for proposal, nor is it a request seeking offerors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or solicitation of offerors and is in no way binding the Government.
