The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to issue a sole source Request for Proposal (RFP) to Carolina Growler, Inc., Star, North Carolina to procure all data rights through a Special License Agreement (SLA) for the Light Engineer Utility Trailer (LEUT) Type II Technical Data Package (TDP) under Contract W56HZV-19-D-0013. The RFP (Contract W56HZV-19-D-0013, Modification P00012) will be sole sourced in accordance with the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(a)(2) “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.” CGI is the only responsible source that can provide the TDP and additional rights to the Government. The RFP's release and the modification's award are expected to occur in the 4th quarter of Fiscal Year 2022.
