The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a contract to the OEM, GDLS Inc, Cage Code: 7W356, on a sole source basis for ten-years under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, there is only one responsible source and no other suppliers or services will satisfy the agency requirements. The ten-year requirements contract will include Fixed Price Incentive (FPI) and/or Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) for Abrams tanks and supporting Integrated Product Support (IPS) consisting of: Authorized Stockage List (ASL) spares, Special Tools and Test Equipment (STTE), Non-Recurring Engineering (NRE) costs, Initial Spares to support new hardware configurations, Integrated Logistics Support Spares and necessary production support and replacement of Anniston Army Depot (ANAD) reclaimed components.
