The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal, MI (ACC-DTA) has an existing requirement to provide preventative maintenance and emergency repairs for the Ground Vehicle Systems Center (GVSC) Detroit Arsenal Prototype Integration Facility (PIF).). ACC-DTA intends to award a portion of the follow on effort to, W56HZV18CL405, with Phillips Corporation, CAGE code 3MPQ0, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). The remaining portion of the requirement will utilize full and open competition. This is not a request for proposal, nor is it a request seeking offerors to be placed on a solicitation mailing list. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or solicitation of offerors and is in no way binding the Government.
