This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Request for Proposal (RFP) W56HZV-23-R-0095 is hereby issued by Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA). The resulting contract will be a Five Year (Three Base Years and Two Option Years), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Requirements contract for Teledyne FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, Inc. (Teledyne FLIR), Family of Robots (Teledyne FLIR FoR) for the Robot Logistics Support Center (RLSC) technicians overall sustainment of the Commercial Non-Standard Equipment (NSE) Robot Systems (SUGV 310, 110 First Look, Family of PackBot, and Kobra 725). This RFP is isued under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition for this action is 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) 3204(a)(1) as implemented in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. Specifically, FAR 6.302-1(a): and will result in one single award to Teledyne FLIR Unmanned Ground Systems, Inc. The contract will be for commercial supply and service contracting Firm Fixed Price Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINS) under NAICS Code: 334511 with a size standard of 1350 employees. The Government reserves the right to make no award as a result of the solication.
