To access the TDP, you must request access to the attacthment listed below as 'Vehicular Track Tension Device Technical Data Package'. In this Amendment to Solicitation W56HZV-23-R-0019, we are changing the method to gain access to the Technical Data Package (TDP). Because the TDP is export controlled and is Distribution C, it will only be sent to eligible contractors through DoD Safe. To gain access to the Technical Data Package, complete the following the steps: 1.
