The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to award a Firm Fixed Price contract action for service support to integrate a solution to prevent Dry Support Bridge (DBS) equipment damage during rail transport tests. This action will be on a sole source basis with WFEL Limited under Solicitation W56HZV-21-R-0190. The proposed contract action is for support which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. This is a notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. A determination not to compete this proposed contract action, upon response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. The point of contact for this action is Megan J.
