The Family of Power Utility Kits (FoPUK) consists of the Modernized Linemen's Tool Kit (M-LTK), Electrical Personal Protective Equipment Kit (E-PPE), Equipment Personal Protection Equipment Test Equipment (E-PPE-TE), and the Service Kit Power Plant (SKPP). The FoPUK will provide Soldiers with industry standard equipment while reducing redundancies and improving Soldier mobility and safety to perform contingency power operations. PdM Sets, Kits, Outfits and Tools (SKOT) has a requirement to procure four FoPUK Berry Amendment Non-compliant Items, consisting of: 78 pairs of Hoffman 10" Coyote Power line boots, 253 pairs of Overshoes, 30 Chamfering Tools O.D. range 0.65"-1.26", and 30 Chamfering Tools O.D. range 1.25"-1.875".
