The U.S. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal intends to award a five-year Firm Fixed Price requirements contract under solicitation W56HZV-20-R-0255, for Rough Terrain Container Handler (RTCH) Field Level Tool Kits (FLTK). This contract will establish three 12-month ordering periods with an additional two 12-month ordering periods as options, for a total potential contract length of five years. An anticipated 346 each RTCH FLTKs are planned for procurement under the resulting contract. This action is a competitive small business set-aside under NAICS 332261.. Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-20-R-0255 - Please see attachment W56HZV-20-R-0255-0001 for amendment details. 1. The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to make the following changes: a. Establish a cut-off time of 5:00 PM Local Time (Detroit Arsenal, MI) for receipt of proposals. b. To update Section L.2.2.2 as follows: From: i) L.2.2.2 Submission Due Date The offeror must ensure its proposal, in its entirety, reaches the required destination before the date and time set for closing of the solicitation set forth in Block 9 on the SF1449 front page of the solicitation. To: i) L.2.2.2 Submission Due Date The offeror must ensure its proposal, in its entirety, reaches the required destination before the Offeror Due Date and Time established in this solicitation. c. Paragraph entitled "52.212-1 Addendum" is hereby added into Section L, prior to paragraph L.1. d. The NAICS code for this requirement is revised, from 561910 to 332216. 2.
