The Government currently has a requirement to procure the following: Description: Mount, Machine Gun NSN: 1005007046650 Part No: 11640231 Quantity: 406 ea. Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy w/100% Option Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Delivery Schedule: 180 DARO This solicitation is 100% Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Contract with 100% Option. The projected target date of contract award resulting from this solicitation will be made in late September. All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered. NOTE: Given the work environment surrounding COVID-19 pandemic, the Government requests for the proposal received in response to this solicitation to remain valid for a minimum period of 120 calendar days. TDP Requirement: Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company. See the instructions at https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/InstructionsDDform2345.pdf. Mail the DD Form 2345 to the address provided on the form; it CANNOT be faxed or emailed. The process should take no more than one week for you to be certified or denied for approval under the JCP. Your firm must request access to the TDP in Beta.SAM in addition to submitting the above form in order to be granted access to the TDP. Once these requirements have successfully been completed, you will be granted access to the TDP.
