Firm-Fixed Price, One-Time Buy w/100% Option Inspection/Acceptance: Origin FOB Point: Destination Delivery Schedule: 210 DARO This solicitation is Full and Open Competition and will be competed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. All responsible sources are eligible to submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, all bids, proposals, or quotations must be submitted by the solicitation closing date listed within this solicitation announcement in order to be considered. TDP Requirement: Joint Certification Program (EXPORT CONTROL) You must be certified under the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to be granted access to the technical data (TDP) for this solicitation. To register, or to re-register, please select the DD Form 2345 link (https://www.dlis.dla.mil/jcp/forms/DD2345Form.pdf) and submit the form to the U.S./Canada Joint Certification Office, along with a copy of the company's State/Provincial License, Incorporation Certificate, Sales Tax Identification Form or other documentation which verifies the legitimacy of the company.
