Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) plans to release a solicitation for two Ship-to-Shore Container Cranes to be delivered to Military Ocean Terminal, Concord, California (MOTCO) that will result in a single-award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. This action will be competed utilizing full and open competition procedures. The cranes shall be equipped with a spreader capable of lifting both single and twin twenty (20) foot containers, single forty (40) foot containers, and single forty-five (45) foot containers.
