This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal intends to award a new Fixed-Price Incentive (Firm Target) 5 year requirements contract to BAE Systems, York, PA (CAGE code 06085) for the production of an estimated 850 Bradley M2A4 and M7A4 vehicles, procurement of Authorized Stockage List (ASL) spares, and additional packages for legacy component repair using M2A3, M7A3 and Operation Desert Storm-Situational Awareness (ODS-SA) vehicles as a baseline. For the proposed contract action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-DTA.
