Table 3 was revised as follows: FROM: Primary: 70% Secondary: 30% TO: Primary: 80% Secondary: 20% The United States Army, referred to herein as the United States Government (USG), is seeking information via this Request for Information (RFI), to assess the marketplace availability and industry capabilities for providing a Medium Equipment Trailer (MET). MET is a trailer capable of transporting a payload of 60 tons (threshold (T)), 70 tons (objective (O)) which comprise of approximately two thirds of the combat platforms in an Armored Brigade Combat Team (ABCT). Increment 1, threshold requirement, provides the sole capability to address transport of combat platforms under four meter underpasses which are common in Europe. It is intended to be used as part of a system along with the M1300 Tractor to transport intermediate weight vehicles up to 60 tons (T), 70 tons (O) within the ABCT. Increment 2, incorporates the requirements from the Semitrailer, Lowbed, Construction Equipment Transporter 40T (SLCET) M870A4 as objective requirements.
