All work is to be performed for Building 3 in and around Rm#101, and within Building 4 Rm#D004, both being Conference Room Repairs, located at the US Army Natick Soldier Systems Center (NSSC), General Greene Avenue (formerly Kansas St.), Natick, MA, 01760. The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials and equipment necessary to perform all work, purchase and installation of outlined in this SOW and accompanying documents. The Contractor shall be responsible for performing all work as outlined in this Statement of Work (SOW) and all associated contract documents including Project drawings/specifications, 07 January 2020 and accompanying documents, for the bid price submitted. The Contractor is responsible for reading entire SOW and accompanying documents included in this contract for a thorough understanding and comprehension of all content and requirements. The Contractor shall carefully review the field conditions prior to bidding and performing any work. Drawings for Bldg. 3 Rm#101 include: Photos of the South, West, North, and East walls and the power panel that services the conference room.
