The Program Executive Office Ground Combat Systems (PEO GCS), Project Director Main Battle Tank Systems (PD MBTS) is conducting a market survey to collect written information from industry to determine the current market capability to provide facility real property, industrial plant equipment, and other plant equipment maintenance, repair, and replacement support for the production of Heavy Combat Vehicles. The contractor shall also conduct special projects, analyses, and evaluations of manufacturing processes and production facilities to support production of Heavy Combat Vehicles.
