The Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN), intends to award a sole source contract for eleven (11) new Mobile Lift System (MLS) to Merrill Technologies Group, Inc. Merrill Technologies Group, Inc. CAGE Code: 6PH79; 400 Florence St Saginaw, MI 48602-1203 The MLS has the unique capability to be containerized and transported in standard International Organization for Standards (ISO) Containers. The ISO transportation configuration insures that the MLS is configured for material handling equipment, trailer, rail cars, and vessel slot spaces for military and commercial sea or air movement. The MLS shall have a lifting capacity of 13,900 pounds (6.3 tons) along X, Y, and Z axis, height of lift up to 24.5 feet, a runway length of 20 Feet and can be powered by grid or generator power. The MLS shall allow users to operate while wearing body armor, chemical or biological protective equipment.
