Please see Attachments labled (Amendment 0001 RFP - TAP W56HZV-19-R-0043 and Amendment 0001_Attachment 0001_TAP_GFP_List).* This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Team Armor Partnership (TAP) Program for the receipt, stock, store, issue, and repair M1 Abrams, M2/ M3 Bradley, and M104 Wolverine Line Replacement Units (LRU) and Shop Replacement Units (SRU). The contractor shall repair LRUs and SRUs listed in Attachment 0001 in accordance with (IAW) repair criteria listed in each item's respective Technical Manual (TM), or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards for assets that require subcontractor repair. The contractor shall use the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) to record receipt of assets, change item condition codes, create materiel release orders, and update stock records. The contractor shall perform this work in the Government supplied facility located at Building 88037, Fort Hood, Texas.
