TDP is attached. To gain access to TDP: Person requesting TDP MUST be registered in JCP, Fill out NDA (Attachment 0001) and email to kathy.a.kessler.civ@mail.mil. Directions for TDP access is restricted to those whom are actively registered within SAM and JCP. Vendors are required to request access through Beta SAM by verifying MPIN. Once requested, email contract specialist, Kathy Kessler, that your company has requested access. a. If solicitation is Export Controlled, select Verify MPIN. (1) TDPs that have an Export Control Warning Notice are subject to the Arms Export Control Act (Title 22, U.S.C., Sec 2751, et.seq.) or the Export Administration Act of 1979, as amended, Title 50, U.S.C, App. 2401 et. seq.. (2) Further dissemination must be in accordance with provisions of DoD Directive 5230.25. This also applies to distribution of the TDP to all SUBCONTRACTORS at every level.
