The purpose of Amendment 0006 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) W56HZV-19-Q-0102 is to: a. Revise language under Narrative E0001, Subsection E.10., PART THREE as follows: From: PART THREE: The carbon shall be examined and tested IAW paragraph 4.2 of MIL-DTL-32101B with NORs 258-0019-001 and 258-021-001. Testing for paragraphs 3.4.2.1 and 3.4.2.2 is not required. AGENT/SIMULANT FAT testing is required for ten (10) M23 Filters, PN 5-19-2298 and the carbon, MIL-DTL-32101Bwith NORs 258-0019-001 and 258-021-001. AGENT/SIMULANT FAT testing shall be conducted at the government lab listed above along with other portions of the FAT. The Government facility performing AGENT/SIMULANT testing shall be a certified laboratory per paragraph E.7. (Lab Performance Certification Requirements) under Narrative E0001. To: PART THREE: The carbon shall be examined and tested in accordance with paragraph 4.2 of MILDTL- 32101B with Notice of Revisions (NORs) 258-0019-001 and 258-021-001. Testing for paragraphs 3.4.2.1 and 3.4.2.2 is not required. AGENT/SIMULANT FAT testing is required under PART THREE for the carbon. AGENT/SIMULANT FAT testing for the ten (10) M23 Filters shall be conducted under PART ONE. All AGENT/SIMULANT FAT testing shall be conducted at the certified Government lab per subsection E.7. (Lab Performance Certification Requirements) under Narrative E0001. 2. The offeror shall submit a revised quote by 5:00 PM on 20 March 2020 to this Amendment and Amendment 0004. 3. All other terms and conditions of this RFQ remain unchanged. ___________________________________________________________________________________ Amendment 0005 extends the RFQ response date from 06 March 2020 to 20 March 2020. ____________________________________________________________________________________ The purpose of Amendment 0004 to Request for Quotation (RFQ) W56HZV-19-Q-0102 is to: a. Re-open the solicitation for offerors to re-submit their quote on or before the closing date of 06 March 2020. b. Incorporate newly created Production Quantity CLIN 0004AA to replace CLIN 0001AA. c. Incorporate newly created First Article Test & Report CLIN 0004AB to replace CLIN 0001AB. CLIN 0004AB is separately priced and includes a break out of the First Article Test price under Narrative B001 into five parts in accordance with the parts of the FAT listed under newly created Subsection E.10, First Article Testing, under Narrative E0001. d. Incorporate newly created Unexercised Option Production Quantity CLIN 0005AA to replace CLIN 0003AA. e. Revise language under Narrative E0001, Subsection E.6., Inclusion of Testing Costs. f. Delete all language under Narrative E0001, Subsection E.9., First Article Testing (Contractor) Utilization of CCDC-CBC Lab (TSA), and mark subsection "RESERVED." g. Remove language from Section (a) of Clause 52.209-3, First Article Testing - Contractor Testing, and incorporate it into Narrative E0001 as new Subsection E.10, First Article Testing. h. Incorporate Section F Clause 52.211-8, Time of Delivery. i. Incorporate Subsection M.3., Evaluation Criteria for Range Pricing, under Narrative M0001. j. Incorporate Subsection M.4., Evaluation Factors for First Article Test Requirement - Separately Priced Line Item, under Narrative M0001. 2. The offeror shall submit a revised quote to this Amendment. 3. All other terms and conditions of this RFQ remain unchanged.
