This is a solicitation notice The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren, Warren, Michigan, intends to issue a sole-source procurement from Hardigg Industries, South Deerfield, Massachusetts. The item being procured is restricted to Hardigg Industries. A Technical Data Package (TDP) is not available. The part is available from Hardigg Industries. This procurement is for: ITEM: Shipping and Storage Hardware NSN: 8145-01-535-5578 P/N: 16776-101 Production Quantity: 28 each Option Quantity: 28 each Only the NSN or manufacture's part number is acceptable. No substitutions or replacement is allowed. In accordance with 10 USC 2304 (f)(1)(C), any bids or proposals received in response to publication of a required synopsis notice will be considered. This procurement will result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract The Government intends to procure this hardware on an other than full and open competition basis under the authority of 41 United States Code (U.S.C.) 1901 as authorized and implemented by FAR 13.501(a) "Sole source (including brand name) acquisitions." The Government intends to use FAR 12 and FAR 13.5 for this acquisition.
