This solicitation is sole sourced to Avon Protection Systems, Inc. (CAGE Code 1LEW5). The Technical Data Package (TDP) is not considered adequate for competition as the drawings are owned by Avon Protection Systems, Inc. This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order for the following requirement: NSN: 4820-01-528-9292 MFG P/N: 71005/2 Noun: M50/51 Self Sealing Disk Valve Qty: 300,000 U/I: Each First Article Test (FAT) is waived as this item is in continuous production by Avon Protection Systems, Inc. The contractor is authorized to ship early with no quantity restrictions and at no additional cost to the Government.
