Amendment 0002 has been issued to this solicitation on 04 April 2024, correcting clerical errors in FAR 52.211-8 and FAR 52.209-3. This solicitation and a resulting contract is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for the supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized throughout the term of the agreement. There is a Technical Data Package (TDP) included within this solicitation. All interested contractors must have valid and accurate accounts within SAM and JCP to request and receive access to this information. Responses will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
