The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to competitively award a new Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for AV900 Power Supply Infrastructure. This effort is in support of the U.S. Army GVSC Ground vehicle systems. Please refer to all instructions in Section L of the Solicitation on how to submit a proposal. Evaluation factors are found in Section M of the Solicitation. All questions related to this Request for Quotation (RFQ) must be submitted, in writing, no later than 25 September 2023 at 12:00PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). No phone calls will be accepted for any reason. The Government will post all Questions and Answers (Q&As) to SAM.gov no later than 04:00PM EDT on 20 September 2023. Responses to questions are not considered changes to the RFP as the only way the RFP can be modified is through an amendment that will be issued.
