The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Firm Fixed Price construction contract for recreation pavilion repair. Base CLIN includes roof and trusse replacement and minor electrical work. Two option CLINs are included. This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside. Period of Performance: 60 days from Notice to Proceed Response Date: 21 August 2023, no later than 5:00 PM EST The NAICS Code applicable to this acquisition is 236220. The contracting office is Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal, 6501 E. Eleven Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48397. The solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. Offerors shall submit a copy of this solicitation with their responses to clauses and provisions accordingly. A failure to complete fill-in may cause your offer to be determined ineligible for award. Basis for Award: The Government intends to award one (1) firm, fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Award shall be based on the lowest price, eligible; see section M of solicitation. This action will be a competitive, total small business set-aside for the following construction project: Recreation Pavilion Repair Base CLIN includes roof and trusse replacement and minor electrical work. Two options CLINs are for grill replacements and concrete sealing. Period of Performance: 60 days from Notice to Proceed NAICS: 236220 The solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-L102, is anticipated for release in two to four weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specfic due date and time for receipt of proposals. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as weill any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation, and is in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list. The burden is therefore on any interested parties to periodically access SAM.gov to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in the rejection of the proposal.
