This effort is in support of the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) mission to collect, preserve, interpret, and display historical military material, culture, and artifacts. The award will consist of five 12-month ordering periods. The services will include design services for museum exhibits in the AME utilizing artifacts, images, audio visual products, exhibit storylines, and other information in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and National Park Service (NPS) Conservation standards. Please note all questions are due by 23 May 2023 at 12:00 p.m. ET and all answers will be posted no later than 01 June 2023 at 3:00 p.m. ET. Please see attachments for all relevant information. Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) in the near future for the design of museum exhibits in the Army Museum Enterprise (AME) System. The proposed action will be a total small business set-aside. This action is a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) consisting of a base year plus four option years. *THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS A SYNOPSIS (SUMMARY). THE SOLICITATION PERTAINING TO THIS NOTICE WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE UNTIL APPROXIMATELY 15 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF THIS NOTICE.
