This proposed solicitation is intended to result in the award of a 5 Year Requirements type Contract. This action will be restricted to Triman Industries, an authorized distributor of Kollmorgen. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for the acquisition.
