Vendors must email the POCs indicated in this posting for access to these attachments. These attachments require validation prior to access and vendors must follow the actions below. Joint Certification Program (Export Control): You must be certified under the United States/ Canada Joint Certification Program (JSP) (https://www.dla.mil/HQ/LogisticsOperations/Services/JCP/) to be granted access to the Technical Data (TDP) for this solicitation.
