This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a contract to Canadian Commercial Corporation (CAGE Code 98247) who will subcontract 100% to General Dynamics Land Systems –Canada (CAGE Code 56161) to obtain 600 Wiper Motor Assemblies and Wiring Harnesses kits for the Family of Light Armored Vehicles (FoLAVs). For the proposed contract action, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A) and (B). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, for consideration by ACC-DTA. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the Government.
