The Government solicits a proposal for FY 23 M88A2 vehicles from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), BAE Systems, Cage Code: 06085, on a sole source basis for one year under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, and 10 U.S.C 3204(a)(1) “Only One Responsible Source, and No Other Suppliers or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements”. BAE is the developer and manufacturer of the M88 Family of Vehicles. The Technical Data Package is source controlled by BAE and is non-competitive. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this action, is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
