**Admendment 0002 has been issued extending the proposal due date from 29 May 2024 to 20 June 2024** ** Please note: Amendment 0001 has been issued extending the proposal due date from 20 May 2024 to 29 May24.** Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) intends to award a Sole Source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) One-Time Buy service contract to Eaton Aerospace LLC for repair services of the AH-64D and AH-64E Apache Attack Helicopters, estimated 200 each of National Stock Number (NSN)1650-01-183-9529, Part number MF2-009-6A. The total estiamted value of this contract is $2,294,800.00. Please read this solicitation. There are several clauses and provisions throughout this solicitation that require information to be provided.
