The purpose of this amendment is to include the clauses at FAR 52.232-16 - Progress Payments (DEVIATION 2020-O0010) and DFARS 252.232-7004 - DOD Progress Payment Rates (DEVIATION 2020-O0010). 2. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and in full force and effect. _________________________________________________________________________________________ The Army Contracting Command Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is soliciting for the SENSOR,CROSSWIND. This requirement is sole sourced to J-Tec Associates, Inc. (CAGE: 14741) under Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." This Request for Proposal (RFP) Solicitation, W56HZV-23-R-0023, proposes to award a sole-source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) 3-year Requirements Long Term Contract (LTC) to J-Tec Associates, Inc. for the following: Noun: SENSOR,CROSSWIND NSN: 1230-01-241-0438 Manufacturers Part Number/CAGE Code: DDG0111/14741 Estimated 3-Year Quantity: 316 EA There is no Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement. Only the Manufacturer's Part Number is approved. This solicitation is intended to result in the award of a single Requirements contract for the estimated supplies specified. The resulting contract will establish pricing to be utilized through issuance of delivery orders for discrete quantities for the period stated in the schedule. The Government bears no responsibility to issue an initial minimum order upon base contract award.
