Amendment 0003 is issued to Solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0135 to add an adidtional item, Keyboard Data Entry and change from Full and Open competition to soliciting from a single source in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) to New Eagle Consulting, Inc. Make administrative changes to the Issued by DoDAAC in accordance with FAR 43.103(b)(1). Due to changes to the Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal DoDAAC, the Issued By DoDAAC on page 1 is changed from W56HZV to W912CH. The Issued By name and address remain unchanged. Due to an administrative error, Amendment 0002 will not be issued. Complete all fill-in clauses and provisions within the solicitation including Amendment 0003.
