Amendment 0003 to Solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0128 addresses the following changes: 1. Due to the change in the Joint Certification Program validation, the amended solicitation closing date is extended by 7 days to September 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. 2. Also, due to issues with the Defense Logistics Agency - Joint Certification Portal, each entity's Data Custodian must send a copy of the company's previously approved DD Form 2345 to the Contract Specialist. To gain access to the Technical Data Package, complete the following steps: a. Request Access to the Technical Data Package to solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0128 on SAM.gov b. Email Taylor Ferguson at Taylor.D.Ferguson10.civ@army.mil and the USARMY Detroit Arsenal PEO GCS Mailbox at usarmy.detroit.peo-gcs.mbx.k2rwr-team-mailbox@army.mil with the following: i. The name of the person requesting access to the Technical Data package ii. The Company's name iii. The company's cage code; and iv. A copy of the company's previously approved DD Form 2345 b. Once we have verified all information provided, the Data Custodian will gain access to the Technical Data Package via SAM.gov. NOTE: The person requesting the Technical Data Package MUST be the Data Custodian registered in the Joint Certification Program for your company. The Request for Proposal is hereby issued by the US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACCDTA) for the Stryker Family of Vehicles (Fov) Delta Deployment Kits - A. This acquisition anticipates to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of this solicitation.
