The United States Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation W56HZV-23-Q-0024, intended to result in the award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order with 100% option for the following requirement: NOUN: Automotive Engine Maintenance Stand NSN: 4910-01-117-4344 Manufacturer Part Number: 1750A Technical Data Package: None Special Packaging Instruction (SPI) No.: AK11174344 Level of Preservation / Level of Packing: Military / A Inspection / Acceptance / FOB Point: Origin / Origin / Destination This requirement is being solicited as a Small Business Set-Aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 811198 and the size standard is $10M. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Only One Source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). All responsible sources may submit proposals for consideration. Submission of a quote that does not contain all items requested per FAR 52.212-1, "Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services", may result in elimination from consideration for award.
