This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Combined Synopsis and Request for Proposal (RFP) number is W56HZV-22-R-L115 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-04, effective January 30, 2022. Small Business Set-Aside: No Posting Date: 19 September 2022 Response Date: 22 September 2022 Contracting Office: Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC – DTA), 6501 East Eleven Mile Road, Detroit Arsenal, MI 48397-5000. This Combined Synopsis and Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation.
