ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is currently soliciting and will award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This action will be competitive, for the following service: deliver and construct a security fence in the loading dock area of the Airborne and Special Operations Museum (ASOM), located at 100 Bragg Blvd. Fayetteville, NC 28303. The contractor shall furnish and install approximately 70' of 8' high commercial-grade ornamental aluminum fence, black in color and pressed point style. Fencing shall have (1) 5' pedestrian walk gate, (1) 18' double drive gate, and shall be equipped with fifty (50) proximity access cards. All offeror's are required to fill in all representations in the solicitation. Any offers submitted without completed representations shall be considered non-responsive and will not be considered for award. It is the responsibility of the offeror to ensure these representations are completed before submission. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
